Bill is a proven leader as a technical director, project director, and hands-on programmer.
In additional to his wide technical expertise, he has extensive experience as a team and studio level manager. As a technical leader, he has exerted a strong influence on technology, tools, process, and platform issues in multi-title, large team environments.
Bill's game industry career started in 1990 at Origin Systems, later acquired by Electronic Arts. He then moved to startup mode as an original employee of Digital Anvil, which Microsoft acquired in 2000. Bill subsequently served as lead programmer, project lead, and studio development manager as part of Microsoft Game Studios, before joining Mock Science as Technology Director in 2006.
